MY MEMORY GARDEN

When someone touches my heart,
In any special way,
I call these gestures flowers,
And add them to my memory bouquet.

A flower can be made of many things;
A kind word, thought or deed.
And oh! Such beauty blossoms,
From just one little seed!

Give me my flowers
while I can see,
The love in your eyes
as you give them to me.

Speak words of kindness
while I can hear.
Let loved ones gather 'round me
while I am here.

So, If I have touched your life
in any special way,
Please don't wait untill I'm gone,
give me my flowers today.
